In this topsy-turvy world where we can feel like we're being thrown around by forces much bigger than ourselves, what if we started flipping things upside down on purpose?

In this 5-week group training, we'll cultivate our life force, break the spell that threatens to drag us down, and get back in touch with the mischievous part of ourselves that knows there are always more possibilities than the obvious ones.

We'll play with what could happen when we stop bracing for the future and start participating in creating a world we actually want to live in.

And we're going to have some fun doing it.

One-to-One Evolutionary Coaching

Rabbi Daria provides deep trauma-informed, somatic, identity transformation coaching. In working with her, you get the support your nervous system needs to turn toward the "quiet knowing" inside that brought you to her so you can begin walking the path toward the "future you" that calls.

Together, she helps you build upon your strengths, and tenderly turn toward your old stories about "who you are," "who others are," and "what is possible" to honor what brought you to this point. From here, you release what no longer serves from the past so that you can step clearly, confidently, and with ease and pleasure into the "you" and the future that beckons.
